Mediation in the Workplace

Are employee or customer conflicts making your workplace unpleasant?

The Center for Community & Family Mediation can meet with management and staff, assess your conflict resolution needs, and schedule a mediation to work with the employees or customers in conflict in your business.

All mediations are confidential. Agreements reached are written, signed by participants, and presented for approval. Fees are charged at an hourly rate. Special discounts are available for non-profits.
